Development of the app is supported by ads. An in-app-purchase can be made to remove ads and add additional options to the app.
The upgrade adds the follow features:
- Add/edit/remove list of monsters
- Set scan time/duration for each monster
- Enable/disable individual sounds
By default, the "monsters" that are scanned for are:
- Aliens
- Ghosts
- Goblins
- Demons
- Zombies
- Mummies
- Vampires
With the in-app-upgrade, this list of monsters can be changed. Existing monsters can be removed or renamed. Unlimited new monsters can be added -- you choose the name of the monster so it can be completely customized to your child's concerns.
The app supports portrait and landscape orientations (vertical and horizontal) so you or your child can hold the device how you feel most comfortable.
We do not host Monster Scan on our servers. We did not scan it for viruses, adware, spyware or other type of malware. This app is hosted by Galad and passed their terms and conditions to be listed there. We recommend caution when installing it.
